Panther Minerals Inc. announced a definitive agreement to acquire 148 BC, holding interest in the Huber Heights Uranium Property, Elko County, Nevada. This property, covering 700 acres, contains historical uranium prospects from the 1950s, including the Autunite, October Group, and Huber Hills Granite Ridge.

Potential Rich Mineral Reserves
Historical data indicates significant uranium potential, with previous exploration drilling 359 holes. Panther Minerals plans modern, cost-efficient exploration using drone magnetics, geological mapping, and radiometric surveys to confirm targets and identify new anomalies, followed by drilling. The transaction involves issuing 5 million shares and a CAD$20,000 cash payment. Closing is expected around July 25, 2024, pending regulatory approvals.
New Exploration Technologies
Located in the Mountain City Mining District, the area has a history of gold, silver, and high-grade copper mining. The property hosts two types of uranium deposits: vertical fractures in quartz monzonite and contact zones between quartz monzonite and volcanic sediments.
